Standard Box OK: A standard outlet box supports fixtures up to 23 kg (50 lbs) per CEC Rule 12-3000.

CEC Rule 12-3000 Ceiling Support Standards

Fixtures over 23 kg (50 lbs) MUST NOT be supported solely by a standard plastic or octagon outlet box; they require a fan/heavy-duty rated box braced directly to framing.
Fixtures over 35 kg (77 lbs) must be supported independently of the outlet box directly to ceiling joists.
Over dining tables, position bottom of chandelier 30 to 36 inches above table surface.
